Midweek Papercraft Party (10)

Welcome to another papercraft party!  This week's theme is Scary or Funny (or maybe both!)

Last week's winners are...

Bettina and Cheremane

Well done you two!!  Please email wendy@handmadeharbour.co.uk with your choice of three stamps from the Handmade Harbour shop and I'll send them to you.  Also, please grab the winners' badge from the left hand sidebar! Yay!!

Back to this week...

Lynne's card is Scary AND Funny! read more about it on her BLOG POST

Zoe's gone with dripping blood and spiders - definitely scary in my book!!  Pop over to her BLOG POST to read more...

Rachel used the witches at the cauldron digital stamp - and this one definitely qualifies for Scary and Funny too!  The wording reads: there are vegetarians coming over so it's eye of newt substitute...

The design team have all used images from the Halloween digital stamps page this week, which are not only seasonal but they all fit our theme this week!

Do you have Halloween on your mind this week, or have you been making something else that fits in with scary or funny?  We'd love to see, so do pop your link below and we'll visit!  Don't forget to check back next week and see if you're a lucky winner!

Midweek Papercraft Party (7)

Welcome to another papercraft challenge!

Last weeks's winners are... *drum roll, please* ...

Nikki from Mental Mummy

and

Carol from Crafty Stamper

Yay!! Thank you ladies for taking part and well done on being winners!  You get to choose 3 digital stamps from the Handmade Harbour shop.  Please email wendy@handmadeharbour.co.uk with your choices.  You can also grab the winner's badge to proudly display on your blog (it's in the left sidebar).

Swiftly onto this week!  This week's challenge theme is Halloween, although you are allowed to interpret the theme however you like!

Would you like to see what the design team did with the theme?

Laura doesn't celebrate Halloween, so brought us something completely different.  At this time of year, it seems like kids needs their names on all sorts of things, and what could be a nicer way of doing that than this tag?  They'll recognise their own lunch bag or nap mat really easily with one of these, even before they can read!  Find out more at the Crafty Lawyer Creates Blog

Laura used the cute lion digistamp for her tag but this idea would work with all sorts of images.

Valerie made us this cute card (below) for Halloween  - she used the  Witch's Clothes on Washing Line with Cat digi.  You can read more on Valerie's blog.

Mary Ellen combined two Halloween-themed digis for this card below - I love this take on the Halloween colours.  Pop over to her Cr8ive M.E. blog to see more!

I adore what kel did with this  young witch with spelling book digi!  The witch in training is reading her spelling book - and the sentiment is a play on words (and spelling?).  Cute - especially the green shoes!  See more of this and kel's other work on Scrap-Photograffs

Anita combined stamps too, to create these Halloween owls!  Aren't they cute? Check out Anita's blog for more info.

Have you been inspired to create something this week?  If you have - and especially if it fits in with the Halloween theme - you're more than welcome to play along!  You know what to do...
